My man Shaun T. has created a workout program that saves you so much time and still leaves you dripping in sweat and feeling like you are going to die. (That feeling is the goal, right?)

This is the perfect place to start for the New Year. It’s fast. It’s effective. And it’s fun. Well … sort of. It’s a really good workout.

T25 is only 25 minutes a day for 10 weeks (compared to the 45 minute to an hour workouts with P90X and Insanity, I’m loving this already). It is so nice not to spend endless hours exercising, especially when you can get the same results in 25 minutes.

Anyway, here’s what you need to konw:

1. Difficulty Level – Moderately Intense

While not as gut-wrenchingly hard as Insanity, T25 is a serious workout. It will have you panting, moaning, and really working yourself in less than 25 minutes. Don’t underestimate it. You’ll get plenty of jumping, squats, pushups etc. with T25.

* warning: you may feel like this during the workout

2. Is it Fun or Boring?

If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s a boring workout. I just don’t like repeatedly doing the same thing day after day after day. It gets old. Really fast. But T25 is not like that at all. You get to do dozens of different moves in each workout. It’s fast paced and fun.

3. How It Works

For 1o weeks, you commit to working out 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week (but actually, you do two workouts on Friday, so that’s 50 minutes on Fridays). Shaun T. motivates you through some intense workouts and some easier ones. You get to try new, crazy moves, great core workouts, lower body workouts that may leave you crippled for a couple days, and of plenty of pushups. T25 is a great way to get fit, or stay fit, fast.

4. Is Shaun T. Really That Cool & Fun?

5. Recommendation

For anyone looking for a fantastic exercise  program that won’t eat away at your time for school or work or whatever your excuse is, T25 is the way to go. Try it and see for yourself. It’s a great, intense workout, it’s fast and it’s fun. I highly recommend you get it.
